At its heart, WWHBL believes that learning begins at home — in everyday moments of play, connection, and discovery. The company’s mission is to make high-quality early education accessible, culturally affirming, and engaging for all children, especially those within African American and underrepresented communities.

Through a blend of research-based curriculum, hands-on milestone activity kits, and family coaching, WWHBL bridges the gap between developmental science and real-life learning. Each program is designed to nurture the whole child — fostering language, cognitive, motor, and social-emotional skills through play-based exploration.

Dr. Brittney Ross is a passionate educator, Early Intervention Specialist, and entrepreneur devoted to empowering young children and their families through the power of early learning. As the visionary behind Wiggle Worm Home-Based Learning (WWHBL), she has built a movement centered on culturally affirming, play-based education that supports children from birth to five years old in reaching their fullest potential.

Rooted in her belief that every child deserves to feel seen, celebrated, and supported, Dr. Ross founded WWHBL to bridge the gap between developmental science and everyday family life. Her programs—including milestone activity kits, parent coaching, and digital curriculum—are designed to nurture communication, confidence, and connection in the early years.

Dr. Ross holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Curriculum & Instruction from Liberty University, a Master of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Child Development & Family Studies. She is trained in the ADOS-2, DAYC-2, and BDI-3 developmental assessments, bringing both clinical expertise and compassionate insight to every child and family she serves
